Iron Man’s side captured Cap’s allies at the end of the movie, but Marvel left a number of issues unresolved. Marvel never really gave that story a proper conclusion. One good thing about the MCU possibly making Armor Wars its version of Civil War II is that it would allow Marvel to address loose ends from Captain America: Civil War.
